Mr. Gary Dragul is the Founder of GDA Real Estate Services LLC and serves as its President. Mr. Dragul graduated from The University of Denver in Denver, Colorado in 1984 with a degree in finance.

•Quality tenant mix with good operating history

•Upside potential in the form of leasing vacant space, improving rental rates, re-tenanting and/ or  minor future development (i.e. pad building)

•Free and clear of debt or 5+ years remaining on existing debt.
